Dusty Grable is a local boy and Kamehameha High School graduate. He has launched 8 successful restaurants, all of which remain open today.

After many years of experience from mom & pop joints to Michelin Star restaurants and luxury hotels, Dusty was led back to Honolulu. This is where he and his partner, Chef Jesse Cruz, created Breaking Bread Hospitality Group and opened Lucky Belly, Livestock Tavern, and The Tchin Tchin! Bar, paving the way in the growing appeal of Honolulu’s Chinatown.

In 2021 Dusty founded Lovers & Fighters, a hospitality, education, and leadership collective that helps build industry-leading, innovative hospitality venues that are dedicated to a new model for excellence. Above all, Dusty’s consulting and education focuses on developing leaders in the hospitality industry and nurturing self-discovery, growth, and creativity.
